Microsoft added to the Ev5 Azure VM family, with the announcement of the general availability of the Ebsv5 VM series. The series includes the new memory optimized VMs, featuring 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Platinum 8370C processors with sizes ranging from 2 to 64 vCPUs and up to 120,000 IOPS.
More VM news from Microsoft with the introduction of Arm64- based Azure VMs. The new series has been announced as ‘in preview’ and includes the Dpsv5 (general purpose) and Epsv5 (memory optimized) VMs.
The Amazon EC2 Console has improved the instance launch experience. It offers a new design, including a summary panel, providing an overview of your configuration.
