
Above are the results of a network test I ran this week for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in several regions around the globe. Downlink and latency are reasonably consistent across the regions, however, there is some variance. For the “256KB – 10MB / 2 threads” downlink tests, for instance, the mean result for the San Jose (US) and Hyderabad (AP) regions were both over 40Mb/s but for all other regions were below 10Mb/s.
